Foxtrot Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Foxtrot SimFlight XR (“the App”) on Meta Quest and related platforms.

- Device Information: VR headset type, operating system version, crash logs.
- Usage Data: App session duration, in-app interactions, features used.
- User ID: Oculus ID or organization-assigned user identifier (if applicable).
- Optional: If the app integrates multiplayer or progress tracking, account-linked information may be temporarily stored.
We do not collect personal data such as names, email addresses, or biometric data unless explicitly described and consented.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Ensure stable app performance and improve user experience.
- Monitor usage patterns to optimize training scenarios.
- Provide access management features for enterprise (organization-linked) users.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Data may be shared with third-party services only as necessary to operate the App, such as:
- Crash analytics (e.g., Unity Analytics, Meta Performance Tools)
- Authentication (if integrated with Meta account services)
All third-party services are required to comply with applicable privacy laws and our internal security standards.

We retain anonymized usage data for a period of up to 12 months for internal analysis. Personally identifiable information, if any, is deleted upon user request or deprovisioning.

This app is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a user under 13, we will delete such data promptly.
