From October 27 to 30, 2025, Foxtrot Inc. participated in the GICHD (Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining) Innovation Conference 2025 held in Luxembourg.
The conference brought together government officials, humanitarian organizations, researchers, and technology companies from around the world to discuss new technologies and international collaboration in the field of Explosive Ordnance (EO) detection and clearance. Foxtrot presented Tombi, an EO detection and safety training system that combines computer vision and XR technologies.
Tombi: Making the Invisible Visible
Tombi analyzes aerial imagery captured by drones and applies AI-based computer vision to detect potential signs of mines or unexploded ordnance buried beneath the surface.
In addition, Foxtrot showcased a VR-based safety training platform that leverages XR technology to support the education and training of deminers in the field.
During the exhibition, Foxtrot’s booth attracted strong interest from humanitarian organizations, research institutions, and defense representatives, sparking active discussions about potential field applications.
Foxtrot plans to collaborate with local organizations in various countries to conduct field trials of the system. The company also aims to further expand its VR education platform and enhance the accuracy of its AI detection model, contributing to safer and more efficient EO clearance operations worldwide.
